PCOS Treatment
I think I have pcos. I have never been diagnosed by a Dr. But I have viable dark facial hair, missed periods, weight gain issues, etc. I will be trying to get pregnant within the next 3 years and I know the pill has helped manage my symptoms. But I am worried about it effecting my chances of getting pregnant. I have tried pcos supplements in the past and the defiantly helped regulate my period and even cleared up some of the facial hair and stress. Should I continue to take these supplements or is there something that I should do otherwise? Thanks
