I have PCOS and hard to reduce weight
I have PCOS and it's hard to reduce weight. I want to reduce weight without liquid diet and I want a diet which doesn't not make me look dull or sick. I want a diet with I look good and loose weight. I don't want a same old diet which I have been hearing it from normal doctors. I don't want a diet which can be decided looking at my face please do some test and then decide. I am asking this becoz I have been consulting doctors from 2012 from acne and all doctors looked at my face and gave me medicine no one performed a test. Thank god to Doctor Amit Kerure who told me to do tests and got to know I have PCOS. My goal is to not to loose weight immediately and gain again after few days. I want to be fit forever. Please help! I am dedicated and I am goal centric

Hello, Gaining weight continuously can be due to a lot of reasons. Suggestion is to get checked for any underlying medical condition. -Exercise daily for an hour (Can be at home or simple exercises like running, jogging, brisk walking, on the spot marching, squats, etc) -Include protein in your diet (taking protein rich foods post workout helps in muscle building) -Increase fiber in your diet (Will help you stay full) -Include fruits and vegetables in your diet (2-3 serving) -Take 5-6 meals a day. -Water intake of atleast 3L per day -Add healthy fat like nuts to your diet. -Avoid/Exclude fried, sugary and junk food -Eat a balanced and healthy diet -Do not skip breakfast as 40% of days energy is from breakfast -Add warm milk at night with a pinch of turmeric ad pepper power, it will help with sleep problems NOTE: The above mentioned practices can change according to a specific medical condition
Health Tips
For PCOD take overnight soaked methi seeds early in the morning.
