I have pain on my right shoulder blade
I have pain on my right shoulder blade it pains so much and it not pains continues it pains some times in the morning or in the evening when the weather is cold

Avoid computer work. Avoid heavy weight. Do hot fermentation and stretching exercises. Otherwise consult a good physiotherapist

Hi,  the pain may be due to rotator cuff injury or ealr stage of frozen shoulder...
Next Steps
consult a physiotherapist and undergo ultrasound therapy and exercise regime,  if the pain persists meet an orthopaedic or Rheumatologist

Hello there,,,,,well there are many causes for shoulder blade pain.....some may be as simple as a muscle strain or can be more complicated related to organs of the body which cause reffered pain to the shoulder blade. A detail history is required as to when the pain started?what is the type of pain?do u get tingling in the hands ?

pain in the shoulder blade can be due to injury to shoulder muscles(rotator cuff),cervical disc problem,arthritis or systemic problems related to heart or lungs...hence a proper and detail history along with blood n radiological reports should be seen into.

Hello. In your age group, shoulder pain is usually caused by either a degenerative cuff tear, acromioclavicular arthritis or impingement/bursitis. It is vital to have a proper assessment by an orthopaedic surgeon. Initial treatment is mostly conservative.
