In case of High blood pressure, you need to avoid Fried food, salt or salty foods, whereas you can have pinch of salt in every food, Meat, yolk & sweet need to be avoided.. you can contact me for detailed diet chart..

first of all control your sugar levels, either with oral.medecines or insulin, because, everytime its above 200 mg/ dl, the source of energy changes form glucose to fats, which h is not good. every meal eat carbohydrates amd some source of protien.
