I have frequent Mouth Ulcers Issues.
I have Mouth Ulcer Problem. It happens mostly on the tongue and Lower lip. They dont heal fast. They occur frequently. Till date I could not find the Cause. Atleast I should be aware what is causing them. They are many in numbers all over the tongue. Any doctor can advice , it will be helpful. I have used all sorts of GEL.

They may be because of stress or vitamin B or water deficiency. Have plenty of water and fruits in regular basis. Complete a course of vitamin B complex. Becosule once a day for 10 days. For pain relief u can apply dologel on ulcers
