Hi You can eat idly ( steamed foods are good) and can also have sambar with less spice in it... Have small frequent meals...bland food is a viable option for you ...avoid spicy masala foods, sour foods ...more fluids, water around 2 to 3 litres per day, juices of watermelon, cucumber, papaya more beneficial... Intake of all seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy green vegetables, high fiber, moderate protein and moderate complex carbs, buttermilk, barley water, coconut water, saboodana water all ate beneficial in your condition... Well balanced diet, healthy lifestyle such as of daily exercises, good amount of sleep, exposure to sun are essential..
