Sometimes chronic cough cause can be rooted in silent acid reflux or subclinical calcium deficiency.

It seems you've been dealing with a persistent cough for almost a month, and your blood test results show slightly elevated WBC (11.75), normal RBC (6.48), and a low platelet count (138). These values could indicate an infection or inflammation, but they’re not specific to tuberculosis (TB) alone. TB often presents with a prolonged cough, weight loss, night sweats, and sometimes blood in sputum, though other infections or conditions could also cause similar symptoms. Given that cough syrups haven’t helped and you're still concerned, I recommend further testing. A chest X-ray, sputum test, and possibly a Mantoux test (for TB) can provide more clarity. Please don’t worry—early diagnosis and treatment can effectively address most respiratory issues. For a more thorough evaluation and to discuss the best treatment plan, feel free to consult me directly. You can reach out via WhatsApp at eight zero zero nine eight two one three three two.
