Hello I hear you and I understand how disheartening it can be to have to deal with anxiety and mood issues. I know you’ve probably heard this before but let me tell you again; your journey is your own and the only person you should ever compare it with, is yourself. It is very important to give yourself time to find intimate relationships and succeed in life. Do it at your own pace. For now, try to set small goals and achieve them. If you find habit forming to be difficult, here are links to a few videos that might help you in goal setting: https://youtu.be/xpkvs-apvos https://youtu.be/pcrsvrd2eak The first thing you need to do is get some professional help to help you manage anxiety, vomiting, digestion problems, nausea and emotions. Consult a psychologist and go for therapy. There are different types of therapy and according to your issue, they will guide you forward. Therapy will help you reflect on your thoughts and actions and help you replace unhealthy thought patterns with healthy ones. It will help you manage your anxiety and other issues better and help you live a little easier! Before therapy, start by trying to take care of yourself. Get a full check up at least every six months and get into the habit of exercising regularly, eating healthy and practicing mindfulness. These are a few things you could do to help yourself. Don’t forget to take , long, deep, breaths if you start feeling anxious. Inhale, slow and steady and exhale all that stress!
