I feel chill all the time.
I feel chill all the time. I can't increase fan speed. I can't reduce AC temperature. Body temperature is always less than 37. 35.5 to 36.5 at max. My thyroid levels were normal. When I am Feeling chill, I can't Increase fan speed which results in sleep disturbance because of environmental noise. Hence I hardly sleep for 4 to 5hrs daily. My vitamin b12 levels are low. Is this because of less sleep or vitamin b12? Who is the doctor that knows about this problem and can find exact root cause?

Can be due to low vitamin b12 or iron. U can be anaemic also. Do care to mention your gender and age also. Otherwise difficult to predict accurately.
