I am overweight.
I am overweight. I want to lose wait in a month as i have a function to attend in my family and i don't want to look shabby. I have been trying from a long time but couldn't do anything. i weigh 87 kg. I want to lose 15-17 kgs. Please help.

Coming in shape steadily involves Sticking to the rules and you will definitely loose weight. #Cut back on sugars and starches. #Eat protein, good fat and vegetables. #Lift weights 3times per week rest days you can go for 30 mins brisk walk. #Drink more water #Choose small meals. #Use small plates. #Take good sleep.
