For the last 5-6 years,
I've been living alone in a hostel, and I have frequent arguments with my parents about them leaving me alone in the hostel, which makes me struggle with loneliness (even though I know this thought is wrong). Despite this, I still argue with my parents.
And sometimes I feel that this is why I've become addicted to masturbation and pornography.
Or sometimes I feel that because of my parents, I'm not able to be successful in life.
This thought that my parents left me alone away from home sometimes overwhelms me so much that I have huge fights with my parents.
And to hurt myself, I stop eating for 1-2 days.
I also have suicidal thoughts.
I sometimes masturbate 6-9 times a week
to reduce my stress.
I've developed a habit of it,
and I also have a problem with premature ejaculation.
My ejaculation happens within 5-6 seconds.
I have consulted three psychiatrists. Two psychiatrists said I have no problem.
One psychiatrist diagnosed me with OCD.

Hey, i understand that you think you are addicted to masturbation and pornography, and honestly the way I'm looking at it currently, it looks more like repressed emotions with parents, and with yourself.
We need to figure out more.
Please do consult the psychiatrist here or offline.
I know finding a good psychiatrist who resonates with you is difficult, but just once, trust one, and maybe then we will be able to understand better.

Hey! Glad to see that you took step for yourself. Masturbation is not an illness. But if it's bothering you, take a consultation as you might have some other problem like mood disorder etc. And if you have active suicidal thought, go for a offline consultation to psychiatrist.

Hi
Our relationship with our parents affects us in ways we can't even imagine. A lack of support systems might be worsening your symptoms. You're also experiencing emotional dysregulation which is contributing to your problems. Not eating properly might make it worse and it's important that you seek a psychiatrist's advice regarding your problems. Your relationship with masturbation and problems with ejaculation can be dealt with.
Next Steps
Detailed and proper evaluation will help ascertain your diagnosis and only then proper management can be planned
masturbation is a healthy form of sexual outlet. For your age the frequency is normal. Ejaculation within 5-6 seconds is of concern, it comes under premature ejaculation category. your suicidal thoughts and other emotions expressed are suggestive of emotionally unstable personality with a severe depressive episode. CBT with antidepressants and mood stabilisers will help in these conditions. Consult a psychiatrist. Good luck.
