Hi, I am so sorry you have to go through this alone. I am sure this is tough for you. Being jobless can make you feel useless and impact your self esteem to such an extent that living life can seem like a pointless experience as we feel we aren’t adding any value anywhere. The weight is increasing because there could be over eating to over come the anxiety and helplessness you are feeling. I want you to know that what you are going through is normal and you might just need a little help and a safe space to release the emotions you have stored in your psyche and body, specifically stomach region where fear is stored. Once they are released you will be in a much better position to work again to create goals in your life and seek the balance you need. You’re brave. Stay!
Next Steps
I can work with you on your anxiety and helplessness coming from you being unemployed. Love and healing ❤️‍

Hi You are feeling upset about not having a job. Don’t feel upset about not having a job. It is okay to not have a job. Also don’t feel upset about feeling lazy. There are times when the mind and body needs rest. You can gradually work on figuring out what you want to do with regard to goals. You can also gradually work on doing physical activity. The most important thing is to feel good about yourself and avoid feeling negative. If you want to take a break you can take a break. You can also practice self-care and treat yourself. Consult a psychologist and talk about what you are going through. A psychologist will help you 1. Feel good about yourself and 2. Identify your goals.
Next Steps
Consult a psychologist

Try to understand your thoughts by maintaining a daily journal. Understand what exactly are the things that are bothering you. Also make a list of activities or things you are interested in and start working on it. It can be as small as painting or playing music. Add small walks to your routine and then slowly slowly increase the intensity of the same (for a week go out for a slow walk for 20mins then the next week go out for 30mins then next week increase a bit of your pace and walk for 30 mins then for next go out for 40 or 45 mins). Slowly slowly increase the difficulty level. But also make sure to take a day or two off. If u have anyone who can accompany you for the walks then ask them to help u out with the same.
Next Steps
1. consult a psychologist to help you understand your thought process. 2. activity/hobby list
Health Tips
There would be days where you would feel lethargic to go out for a walk or do some activity during that phase try to do at least a few tasks which are important or take rest. But make sure the next day you are going back again to ur activities and doing things. for example if u are taking a walk for 5 days a week for 30mins but during the 2nd week you feel lethargic to go then just try to go for say 15 mins or walk at home, but the next day make sure u are going back to you regular time i.e 30mins and u can keep the intensity of the walk at 'slow pace'

Hi Dear, You need to go deep into yourself and understand the root issue. Sometimes it is highly difficult to understand what is happening inside your mind and heart. When there is no alignment between mind and heart, you feel lazy, because of which all other issues you attract. Sit with a counselor, he/she helps you to identify hindrances and fix them with ease. Best wishes to you, happiness is in your way. Take care
