Hi, it is your first job and you are worried how you are going to adjust to night shift. This is a change from what you are used to. I understand you are feeling stressed and you are not able to eat and sleep well. In order to get used to the night shift you can work on ways to keep your mind calm. Since it is your first job that requires night shift don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Be patient with yourself and take each day as it comes. After your night shift ensure to eat well, drink water, and get enough rest. To practice ways to keep your mind calm consult a psychologist and counseling sessions will help you.

Hi... If possible, speak to your manager and request shifting back to day work. But if it is not possible then just give yourself some time, your body clock/sleep cycle will adjust as per your schedule and you will be able to get sleep in the morning or day time. Try taking bath and dressing up appropriately for office, every night. It will help you focus better on your work. After completing your office hours you can go to sleep. Also, eating meal after completing your office hours will help you get some sleep. Digestive process is such that we feel bit sleepy after taking a meal. We can use that to regulate our sleep.
Next Steps
Take Counselling from a Psychologist. It will help you adjust to this change adequately.
