I'm losing weight continuously
I'm suffering from hypothyroidism and having constipation because of that.
Dhaniya water in morning gives me some relief but not completely.

Are you sure you have hypothyroidism not hyperthyroidism? In hypothyroidism weight increases gradually because of disturbance in the digestion process.
Hypothyroid and weight lose usually don’t go together.
You can manage your thyroid functioning by using kanchnar and trikatu churna in your diet.
