Shatavari consumption for hypothyroid
Hello! I heard that shatavari can be used to treat hypothyroidism is that true? If its true how much it could be consumed for TSH 3rd generation is 4.894 mIU/ mL ? And also iam diagnosed with choclate cyst (4.6×4.7)cm. Can i take shatavari while iam having choclate cyst? If it not what can i consume for both?? Please suggest me.

Yes ucan take Shatavari Please Shatavari granules two tsf with milk twice a day. Shatavari rasayan two tsf twice a day.
