Fluctuating thyroid levels postpartum is common due to hormonal changes and stress. Ayurveda focuses on balancing metabolism (Agni) and supporting the thyroid gland naturally.
You may consider Kanchanara Guggulu, Ashwagandha, and Punarnavadi Mandura under supervision â these support thyroid and metabolism. However, self-medication is not advised as dosage and suitability vary individually.
Please consult an Ayurvedic doctor online for a personalized and safe treatment plan.
