Hypertension
I am having high BP since last 1 year I have been taking olmasaar A 25 mg so my bp was almost normal like 124/86.
Now since last 10 days I am getting ivf simulation medicine. I am due for embryo transfer on 6th may so I am taking lobet 200 mg in morning and 100 mg in night after food.. But now my bp is 140/94

Hi stuti.
You do the following this.
1. Do bp charting 3 times in a day for 5 day's. Do it 1 hour after taking your medicines. If comes high then take 15 min of rest and again check... normaly check for 3 times as digital bp apparatus are not accurate .
2. Reduce your salt intake.
3. Reduce your caffeine intake.
4. Avoid spicy and oily food.
5. Go for morning and evening walks everyday.
6. Stop taking unnecessary stress.
7. Try to stay happy. Keep your self busy
8. Keep your self hydrated drink plenty of water.
9. Avoid alcohol.
10. Stop smoking if you do.
