Please consult with a General Physician in your area. Treatment for lifestyle ailments should never be started by self medication.
If things go haywire then no patients will accept that they had started their treatment by self medication. They will all blame the Doctor in their area.
Lack of sleep Will have an effect on blood pressure .At this stage you don't need any pharmacological treatment.Measure your blood pressure twice daily for a few days keeping in mind that 2-3 readings are measured .Start lifestyle modification, diet modification that includes low salt intake, increased potassium intake using fresh fruits and vegetables plus exercise daily for 30 minutes a day for 5 days in a pharmacological treatment is considered when the above measures do not bring the blood pressure lower.
