No hypertension
I feel I am being misdiagnosed with hypertension. The first time I went to doctor with complain of dizziness, he checked my bp was 160/90. Immediately he put me on board medicines. I am taking them. But whenever I go to doctors office my heart rate is high(100-120) and I feel nervous. But at home my heart is always normal(80-90).Even in last 2-3 visits with doctor my heart rate was high and bp was 160/90,150/80. I have not checked my bp at home though. I did all the test which were normal. I don't really understand what is correct. I am continuing to take the medicines but after eating them I feel dizzy. I was reading it is one the side effects. I don't understand what is correct.

You are having white coat hypertension. Check your BP at home x 3 days without medication. If it's high then start medicine. Take online consultation for further advise.

Nothing to panic . Just get an electronic bp machine good one.. keep monitoring at home when you relax , restrict your salt intake, regular physical exercise and drink plenty of fluids.
