My motion don't come properly of take like haldiram peanut, moong dal then motion comes 60%. I have both leg weakness. Ortho doctor suggest multivitamin and multimineral daily basis at morning but constipation solution don't find. After 3 years to show in ayurvedic and allopathy. Kindly suggest diet.
