Congratulations! I’m sure the stress might make you feel like you need to lose weight fast but you must understand a sustainable diet will take you there and not this crash diet. Your diet is insufficient for a grown adult. A lean body can be achieved without doubt but you must add protein, complex carbs and healthy fats for the the results you wish to achieve. Kindly do not harm your health by consuming an incomplete diet.

Such fad diets are not helpful for weight loss. These are fancy diet that will only affect your Health. You can consume a balanced meal and still reduce good amount of inches & weight. By consuming only fruits and vegetables, it may lead to deficiencies in the long run. Have a fibre rich diet that includes whole grains, nuts with some fruits and vegetables. Do not go for these fad diets, as they do much more harm. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still very skinny on the contrary there are people who eat less but tends to gain weight. It is all about your constitution. As you have less time and you need to loose it on immediate note, you can get your constitution ( vata/ pit/kapha) check and go accordingly. By checking it out easily you can reduce upto 5 kgs or more than that in 20-25 days.

The diet that you're following in completely incomplete. Fruits & vegetables are no doubt less calorie but it's not complete in any way. Body needs all Macros (carbs, protein & good fats) & micros (vitamins & minerals) for the proper functioning of the system. Start taking good carbs (like wholegrains), protein (paneer, dal, chicken, eggs, fish) & good fats (nuts & seeds). Water intake must be 3-4 lit, with physical activity & quality sleep for 6-7 hrs atleast For personalised guidance & other details contact directly. Thanks
