Its important to follow a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first-classâ proteins (dairy products, egg, fish, etc) complex carbohydrates (oats, brown rice etc) & healthy fats (almonds, walnuts etc )along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Although it depends on ur height, but still u should increase consumption of carbs n simple sugars like sugar, glucose, honey , jaggery etc. Take at least two calorie dense fruits daily like Bananas, chiku, mango, litchi,grapes, pineapples etc. Take at least 200-250g of starchy veg like potatoes, sweet potatoes, yam etc.
Increase protein content of Ur diet by including both veg n non veg sources like paneer, eggs, chicken, fish, whole pulses n legumes like soyabeans, green grams. Peanut butter is a good source too
Add cream, butter, ghee to ur chapatis, bread, dal .
Take nuts daily like two walnuts, six almonds n dry fruits like raisins, dates etc
