Hi there, Emotional strength is built overtime, and not overnight. If you assess your value based on social feedback, your self worth, value and morale won’t be in your control or stable with time. Rather, building emotional resilience can help you gain control over your thoughts, emotions and subsequent action, making your self worth and value undefined or unaffected by external forces - ensuring you love yourself first!
Next Steps
A psychological consultation might help with the same.

Hi... By identifying and resolving our core issues which usually drive our existence but sometimes impair our judgement and perception and make our internal life miserable. You need to understand why you think and feel in this manner and what is the pattern it follows. Once you understand it, you can identify triggers and causes and you will be able to control/reduce them. Self improvement is a continuous process. Human emotions (happy, sad, angry, apathy, etc.) do not have a switch to on/off. But they do work upon neural pathways that get built over time, but can very much be changed with time and effort. The first step is accepting yourself as you are and not what you to be. Once you are able to do that, the path ahead becomes much easier.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist. CBT along with Motivational Counselling and Lifestyle Guidance is required.
