Hi... Yes, you will need psychotherapy/counselling sessions on weekly basis to address your emotional turmoil and anxiety.
What did you mean by '1 year old family' ?
Do you have a 1 yr old kid or you started living with your in laws since 1 yr?
Both scenarios have a potential to create such emotional turmoil if you weren't mentally ready for it. Past issues may also create complications in the marriage.
This will require sometime to identify the exact cause of your concern and once it is identified, therapy/counselling will be addressed to it.
