No problems yet but just asking for health consciousness. Due to IT job its very inconvenient to have regular exercise.

Hi good to see your queries. there are three parameters if maintaining healthy & over all fit.First meal plans, I.e diet , Exercise or normal moderate activities, over all lifestyles. So u maintain ratio proportionately. IT people are having sedentary lifestyle sitting at a place working long hours. Even they v wrong meals out side with heavy saturated fats.so G.I ,Cardiac disorders are very common. I hope u can focus all three parameters to keep yourself healthy

you need to do exercises on regular basis. it people usually wrong lifestyle just take care of that
