My name is Amit Srivastava, by profession I am a teacher but the problem is that there is too much fats on my stomach area. On my whole body there is not too much fat but there is too much fats on my stomach it seems very bad. Please find a solution

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Have your dinner early and keep it light.
Drink plenty of water. Increase your water consumption.
Have plenty of fibre rich foods.
Exercise regularly. You can do exercises such as crunches, bicycle exercise etc

Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises crunches.
Early dinner before 6pm after that only liquid diet.
Eat less and exercise more.
