I have been doing gym/ cardiovascular activities from 5 yrs now and have been focusing more on running and stamina related activities. Since jan this year I have been trying to build muscles without gaining fat with use of protein supplements but without restricting my eating habits.
All of this has led to weight increase without any major increase in muscle mass. And now I have revert back to running activities. This makes me worry that I should start losing a little amount of muscles I have build.
So I need to know if there's any way by which I can retain my muscle and can reduce fat. I challenge my body a lot and is very enthusiastic about making lean body mass muscle. Yes with bigger issue of me not keeping a track of my diet.
