My problem is underweight
My age is24yrs
Hight is5.4inches
Weight is only 40kgs
I don't have any medical problems
My body is very week
My body strength is very less
How can I recovered

According to your height your ideal weight should be 59 kgs.take high protein foods like all milk and milk products, eggs, pulses, sprouts, nuts, tofu, rajmah, chole, soyabean, paneer, chicken, fish etc. to gain muscle mass.
