You have not mentioned your height and weight and your daily activity
Probably u r spending more energy on exercise and work outs and eating less.
Need to check your thyroid levels, and also your HbA1C.
U need to have a de worming done.
Have 3 glasses of milk. A day
Eat 40 to 50 g per day
If you are a non veg eat two eggs atleast three times a day.
Include a bowl of healthy fats along with a bowl of fresh fruits and vegs.( healthy fats incl chia seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds along with olive oil.
Drink plenty of fresh fruit or veg juices.
After checking your blood and serum parameters.
