I used to drink 4-5 Green tea in a day for 2 months conteniusly but no effect in weight reduce. Somebody told it's too high and decrease the quantity as it might have side effect. So now I am drinking 2 green tea per day from 25-30 days. No output in weight loss.
I take hot water and dip the tea bag for 5-10 minutes, and when it's little warm(because I can't drink hot) I drink the full glass in 2-3 sips. (Glass I take is small white paper glass we get 100-150ml)
Please suggest where I am wrong and what is best way. Or drinking green tea for weight is myth?
