Hello, I have started taking Himalaya septillin tablet for immunity and it has helped with asthma also . How long can we take is continuously for building immunity.. is it safe for long time

It's better to consult a doctor than any self medication...eventhough it's not heamful...with this you cannot treat your ailments .just you are making them weak ..and not removing them from your body....

Usually Ayurveda meditation is to be take 7days for 7 cycles max under dr's supervision
