He is having pain in between 2 teeth(upper part of molar teeth on both side) after eating nonveg food else not and one of doctor said that cavity can't be filled and only regular flushing of mouth is required. But is there any way to get rid of that pain.
Even after x ray we found that there is a horizontal teeth inside jaw though it is not causing any issue now but will it cause problem in future(upper part of molar teeth on both side). Need suggestion what should he do

Hello
If there is horizontal growth of your teeth it's impaction ... Sooner or later you have to get it extracted... It will be helpful if you post your X-ray... As per the cavity it can be filled or restored according to the depth of infection for which a x-ray is must

Kindly post x ray.
If the wisdom tooth is causing trouble then it should be removed and restoration with second molar or RCT should be done depending on the depth of decay.
It is horizontally impacted last molar teeth , it has to removed, as it will create unnecessary pressure on next tooth results pain, so better consult maxillofacial surgeon nearby you and get it extracted.
Hello dear,
Hope I can provide you relief
See horizontal impactions go for extraction ad soon as they are detected
Caries even if minor need to be restored to prevent further progression and loss of teeth
Next Steps
if you can share x ray or clinical pic with me I can suggest you the best treatment since the amount of caries and horizontal placement is not clear
Health Tips
do not worry every pain whether from teeth or cardiac arrest has a proper treatment
