Hi
The multivitamins medicines really provide you the vitamins and minerals which are micronutrients required in very less amount. These nutrients can be taken through the food as required in very small amount.
But vitamin B12 is the vitamin which is only available in the non vegetarian foods so sometime vitamin B12 supplements is required by an individual.
So if you are vegetarian Vitamin B 12 it is fine
