Hole in the eardrum
Having mild hearing issues, so consultanted a doctor and got to know that there's a hole in left ear and doctor told that the hole looks very old also and need to check further if can get operated

If perforation is large nd old, then surgery is the option.
Before surgery some test are required to check status of ossicles ( ear bones).

Yes, treatment is available for a perforated (hole in) eardrum, especially if it is an old or chronic condition. The most common cause is Chronic Suppurative Otitis Media (CSOM). Treatment depends on the size of the perforation, duration, hearing status, and presence of infection.

If there is small perforation you can go for TCA application
If large… go for Tympanoplasty or mastoidectomy depending upon HRCT temporal bone and your complaints
