Hip pain and back pain left side
Age 23 Weight 110 kg Height 5 11 Thyorid , bp,sugar normal My regular routine requires sitting work. Started 30m walking for weight reduction two times morning and evening from February 2021 and have reduced 7-8 kgs till now. Firstly Symptom arrived 3 days ago ..only pain in  left side hip(mostly while sitting) Next day left side hip pain and little in hamstring. Next day pain in lower back and  left side hip pain and on-off pain in left ham and calf. Pain is not that much...I can walk for 5-10 minutes. Left side hip pain used to happened 3-4 times in past  for 1-2 days and then disappear. This time it has not getting better. How to treat it. Is it a sign of a serious issue.

It can be a sign of nerve compression in lower back leading to pain in buttocks, back of thigh and calf but needs confirmation with typical history and examination findings.
