Right side hip and back pain
Age 24 Male Weight 112 kg Height 5'11 Suffering pain on the right side of the upper hip and lower back from Saturday. Pain started while bending for wearing shoes on Saturday. Pain occurs while walking. Consulted with orthopaedics he said spine bifida. Please take a look at xray . Guide me about the spine bifida.

Advice-- weight reduction This treatment is being suggested on bases of the information provided. It is a congenital problem of the spinal cord. You the pain u r facing might be because of muscle spam. You a way too overweight. Need to take it down to less than 70 kgs. Focus on diet and weight loss exercises. Keep visiting your ortho doc regularly.

Looks like you have got a muscle catch while trying to bend forward while wearing shoes.. This has nothing to do with the Spina bifida that has been found incidentally in your case..You have this Spina bifida since birth but the muscle catch has happened only today..
Next Steps
Proper rest , medications  ,and consultation with Orthopaedic surgeon in case the pain persists.

Take medicine for few days. Avoid forward bending and weight lifting Local gel application I think it will be all right with all this..

Spina bifida is a congenital condition( it is present from birth). Your current condition dosent seem to be due to the Spina bifida but looks like a lumbar radiculopathy happened when you bent forwards. you need to reduce on your weight and start with some PHYSIOTHERAPY EXERCISES.
