  3. Hip pain near my back. I overcome it?

Hip pain near my back
I have severe pain near the back of my hip for a few weeks....how can I overcome it?? It is very painful

that's literal pain, take rest for few days, give hot or cold pack, if not subside needs evaluation by orthopedic surgeon, now avoid sitting cross legged and squatting
