Hip and leg pain
Last week i started having pain in hips and legs. I immediately consulted an orthopaedic who prescribed pain killers and I was good for 2 days. But today the pain is worse and both my legs feel very weak. I had covid on first week of May, had mild symptoms and recovered at home. Since that time, I have also developed itchy palm and soles of feet when I wake up. My blood sugar reading on glucometer is 106 after 1 hour of food. My cbc reports are normal. Please advise what is the possible reason for my leg pain, and how to take care of it.

Please get your CRP and D dimer. You should take Multivitamin capsules and Calcium with Magnesium and Zinc supplements. You should do exercises for legs, hip and knee joints . You sit on a high stool or on a table, stretch your leg forwards , one by one, and do flexion, extension of knee joints, rotation movements of ankle joints and do some sit ups. Pain killers can kill pain but they don't cure underlying disease.
