Generally Low TSH is associated with tremors not like in your case where the TSH is slightly increased. The cause of tremors may be independent of the Thyroid condition. Generally hyperthyroidism cause tremor of hand ,,but your case it seem hypothyroidism which generally don't cause it is rare. Tremor can be associated with other issues such medicine overdose or some neurological or metabolic cause. It requires further evaluation to rule out other causes.
