Generally Low TSH is associated with tremors not like in your case where the TSH is slightly increased. The cause of tremors may be independent of the Thyroid condition. One needs a deeper understanding of your case to give any opinion or treatment. For further evaluation and treatment consult online in private with details of the condition. Dr Palsule Chinchwad and Pimple Saudagar.

A TSH level of 6.06 may suggest early hypothyroidism, but hand tremors are typically not a common symptom of this condition. Tremors can have various causes, including neurological or lifestyle factors. To understand it fully, a detailed evaluation is essential. I recommend scheduling a consultation so we can assess your symptoms in depth and guide you accordingly.

Thank you for your query. A TSH level of 6.06 suggests mild hypothyroidism or subclinical thyroid dysfunction, which can sometimes be linked with symptoms like fatigue, anxiety, or even hand tremors. However, tremors in both hands lasting throughout the day may also have other contributing factors such as stress, overuse of stimulants (like caffeine), essential tremor, or early neurological causes. It's important to assess the full picture—including your thyroid profile, nervous system balance, and emotional health. Homeopathy offers a safe, natural way to address both the root cause and the symptoms by improving thyroid function, calming the nervous system, and reducing tremor intensity over time without side effects. Since you’re from Bangalore, I would strongly recommend a detailed consultation so I can understand your case in depth and offer personalized homeopathic treatment. We also provide ongoing support and guidance throughout your healing journey. Please feel free to book an appointment so we can begin your treatment and help you feel better naturally. Generally hyperthyroidism cause tremor of hand ,,but your case it seem hypothyroidism which generally don't cause it is rare. Tremor can be associated with other issues such medicine overdose or some neurological or metabolic cause. It requires further evaluation to rule out other causes.

Your TSH level of 6.06 indicates hypothyroidism, which means your thyroid gland is underactive. This condition can cause generalized weakness, slowness in nerve and muscle function, and in some cases, tremors or shakiness in the hands especially if your body is under stress or fatigued. From a homeopathic perspective, this tremor is a symptom of the underlying hormonal imbalance. We focus on treating the root cause, not just the symptoms. I would recommend a full consultation so we can tailor the remedy to your individual case. Also, ensure you’re eating a balanced diet, getting enough rest, and avoiding stimulants like caffeine which can aggravate tremors.
