Next step .consult a Doctor General physcian.
They will suggest a proper antibiotic because both fever and UTI. My opinion is after consultation if you go through proper home diet and rest will get cured.

It suggest patient is having infection , u should consult internal medicine doctor bcz he or she can prescribe u medication as ur weil felix reaction is positive , it's not uti its scrub typhus
