I will ignore this abnormality in the blood report.
Your platelet count is 112000 / cu mm . It is good enough for your daily requirements and also for surgery, if at all you have to undergo surgery.
PDW shows about how many platelets are young and how many are old. But that doesn't change their efficiency.
So as far as the function of platelets is concerned there is no problem.
