High PDW and RDW
Hi, Recently I have done my blood test and urine test and results are : Urea - 15.6 reference - 17-43, Urea creatinine ratio - 22.94 reference - 40-100, RDW - 16.5 reference - 11.6-14 Basophils - 0 reference - 1-2 PDW - 18 reference - 9 - 17 For reference I am attaching reports as well. Please let me know what exactly the condition is and what I have to do next.

Higher RDW values indicate greater variation in size of RBC.most probably cause may be Infection, vigorous exercise or to certain drugs and ida in the presence of anemia. recently blood loss also increase RDW. Kindly do consultation for ruleout exactly cause and further management. (some times blood collection in other bulb instead of edta may also cause  increase RDW)
