High MPV but normal Plt count,T3,T4 low
Hii, I have done full body check up.In cbc all is fine except high MPV(14.7).And in thyroid profile T3(60.01) and T4(4.6) is mild low with normal TSH(2.8).So,what can be the reason for high MPV.As I scrolled online, got a page stating that high MPV with normal Platelets may be sign of chronic myelogenous leukemia (CML).So,I am bit worried regarding it.Kindly guide me .

Hello welcome When  everything is normal, mpv value is not at all concern If you still have doubts, you can go for peripheral smear study or bone marrow biopsy to rule out CML
