High hemoglobin
My hemoglobin level was 16.1 , 4 months back After 3 months it was 18.1 I donated blood , after 15 days it is 16.6 Should I Donate blood again ?

Usually it happens when you are having less water so just keep yourself hydrated and donate once in 6 month not less then that if you want to and there is no harm in having such levels

Please get a CBC , including peripheral smear of the blood, Serum Iron, TIBC,  done and consult a General Physician with the report.
