Yes you can repeat a fever medication after 6 hours of the dose. Give paracetamol syrup.
If high grade fever continues , get her checked by paediatrician

Hello.
I would like to suggest that you use Syrup Paracetamol as it is more safer for the next dose and you can give it 6-8 hourly in a day. You can do tepid sponging with room temperature water and clean cloth to bring the fever down. , i hope you have ruled out the reason behind the fever like dengue, other viral illness.
