High Fever and running nose
Past one day my son (14kgs) is suffering for fever and cold is from 10days. Doctor given the medicine P250 ( 6PM every 6hrs), Swich 100(3.5 ml 3 times), Maxtra (3.5 ml 3 times). My kid Taking diet normally when the temperature comes down. Fever is comes and goes for every 4 hrs. From yesterday night onwards we started giving swich 100. But fever is not getting down ( complete night). Please tell me what to do

Hello, how are you! I want to tell you dosage of Paracetamol. It is 15mg per kg of weight of your son. you are using P --250mg every 6h0urs. He weights !4kg. You can give less than 200mg per dose .Next time buy only 120or 125mg per 5ml of syrup. any sore throat? Start Mox Soluble tablets 250 mg three times a day. we have to find out cause of fever .if patient does not respond , do urine routine. nut Mox is going to work even . for urine infection, No Other shivering or any problem. please let me know any History of contact with Covid fever, or any mosquito in house? lot of cases of malaria and Degue fever is reported. For cold give Indian Kadda, 150 ml of water , add Jaggery,,, add ginger , crush it before use, add full black pepper ,elachi big one, a few seeds and boil it to reduce ton100ml. cool it and feed your son three times a day. Make it fresh every time. you can give vitamin C200mg crush it , give with water
