My mother ESR Value has come 72, she dont have any infection. she has diabetes and ashthma. Should i be concerned about it? Please help

No need to worry if she doesn't have any symptoms. Even in allergic conditions ESR will increase As your mother is asthmatic she would be sensitive to allergens. Consult if she has any symptoms.
