High cholesterol
I am 25 yrs old, height: 5'3'', weight 53 kgs. I have high cholesterol (LDL: 180 and TC: 232). I exercise daily and eat a healthy diet. I have been recommended to stop consuming milk and milk products. I want to know if i can consume eggs, dry fruits, rice, soya milk/paneer, chicken, fish, mutton. Will these increase my cholesterol?
