High blood pressure
I'm 29 years old my blood pressure during normal checkup was 130/90 but doctor didn't suggest any medication is it normal I have very healthy lifestyle but I don't know y my bp is high

Have dietary modification like low salt diet Include fresh servings of vegetables and greens and fruits in your diet. Exercise for 30-45 mins for 5 days per week atleast. Hydrate yourself well.
