Lft report in 31 week Are increased alkaline phosphate levels normal in pregnancy ? Let me know as I’m already taking udiliv medicine twice a day still it increased

Alkaline phosphatase level in isolation (when the other parameters are normal) is not significant.  You are already taking Udiliv. Silymarin may be better. Please also get your Bile Acid level done.

ALP is okay as you are pregnant. OT / PT  is mildly raised. Consultation required with your previous reports. May be the dosage is inadequate
